A letter from Patrick Hoffmann, Owner of PJ's Flowers & Antiques

I have been working in the floral industry for over 30 years, and bring a unique style and creativity to each arrangement I design. There are several differences that set me apart from other florists.

Instead of a printed brochure, I give away a photo slide show DVD. This DVD has over 500 pictures of our past work, including bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, receptions, churches and more! Each picture is individually numbered, so if you see something you like just write down the number! If you have not received one yet, give me a call or email me and I am more than happy to send one!

 I offer complimentary samples of the bridal bouquet, bridesmaids/maid of honor bouquet, and a centerpiece after a deposit has been made. This ensures that you know exactly what you are getting the day of your wedding.

 If an additional meeting is required after samples to confirm details, I am more than happy to sit with you again. Each wedding package includes a complimentary toss bouquet if you wish. Just let me know at your consultation, and I will be more than happy to provide one.

 Then, the day before your wedding I invite you in to see all of your wedding flowers. If anything needs to be changed at that point, then we change it! I want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the service and product I provide. At that point, we confirm delivery details, and any last minute add-ons or changes that you may think of. There is always time to add that last minute corsage or boutonniere. It’s never too late!

 When the flowers are delivered, the bouquets come in complimentary vases and a divider box to transport them in. Then, your limo can store the box for you, and you will have vases to put your bouquets in at the reception.

 I always work with my brides to make sure that the flowers fit your budget. To help you, we split the total into three payments. The first is due when you want to make a deposit to hold the date. In order to make sure I can give each bride the best service, I restrict the number of weddings per weekend. Then, your second payment is due one month prior to your wedding, and the final payment is due two weeks prior to your wedding. In order to keep our costs down, we request a check or cash payment.

 Your payment dates and amounts are indicated at the bottom of your quote. After any payments or changes to your wedding flowers, you will receive a new quote/invoice, with an updated payment schedule.

 At any point the flowers can be changed. I adjust the remaining payments accordingly; it is never set in stone until YOU are happy with what you are getting.

A local delivery fee of $7.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

This privacy statement has been created in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting customer privacy.

Information We Collect

If you open an account on our site or make a purchase, we need your contact information including your name, e-mail address and mailing address to complete your transaction.

When you visit our website, we also collect some basic information that does not identify individual users. We use this information to determine our users demographics and interests, so that we can better understand and serve our users.
